  3. Yes Sudesh, there should be a strategy to foster a strong relationship with the employees which is I discussed in my 08th post. However, the summery of the strategy would be included, identification of the employee phycology, develop people, promote the organization targets, monitor relationship, reward and retention people, implementing policies by considering all.
